Watercolor Birds Class 10/5

Next Monday I will be teaching a one-day workshop online at Winslow Art Center: Birds of the West in Watercolor. I am really excited to share techniques for painting some of the wonderful birds I saw in 2026, beginning in March in Arizona, and then in April this Great Horned Owlet at Seward Park in Seattle. I’ll be painting this one in a wet-in-wet method, to capture the soft downy feathers of a young fledgling owl.
