Warm up with some loose sketching methods for birds, beginning with geometric shapes and simple measuring methods (this makes it all so much easier!) We'll use brush pens on toned paper, plus watercolor and gouache on toned paper. Materials for the warm up will be included with the workshop fee. Paper, pens, gouache, etc. Then we'll continue with more developed watercolors of birds in natural habitats.You'll work on Arches paper that you will bring, along with your own watercolor paints.
